115 學年度博士班甄試入學招生正取生報到注意事項

資訊管理研究所於114年12月 11 日(週 四)上午10：00 至12：00辦理博士甄試正取生報到，
報到地點為本校光復校區管理二 館 MB302 室。逾時未報到者，以放棄錄取資格論。

Please bring the following information when checking in:
(1) Original graduation certificate.
Fresh graduates who have not yet received their graduation certificate can complete the registration form by completing the graduation form.
(2) Original ID card.
(3) 2 inches, 1 bust photo (please write your name on the back).
