114學年度博士班入學招生正取生報到注意事項 資訊管理研究所於114年5月22日(週四)

上午10：00 至12：00辦理博士招生正取生報到， 報到地點為本校光復校區管理二 館 MB302 室，逾時未報到者，以放棄錄取資格論。

Please bring the following information when checking in:

(1)碩士畢業證書正本。 應屆畢業生尚未領取畢業證書者，可填寫切結書辦理報到。

(2) Original ID card.

(3) 2 inches, 1 bust photo (please write your name on the back).
