Announcement for the Re-examination of the Screening Examination for the Master’s Class of the Institute of Asset Management in the 113th Academic Year

1. Oral examination date: November 9, 2020 (Thursday)

2. Oral examination registration time: Please register according to the registration time. Failure to do so within the time limit shall be deemed as giving up the qualification for the oral examination.

3. Registration location: Room 302 (Asset Management Office), Management Building 2, Guangfu Campus, Yangming Jiaotong University, Hsinchu.

4. Bring your ID: Please present photo ID for verification (such as ID card, driver's license, etc.) when checking in.

5. Notes for oral examination candidates:

1. Candidates are asked to bringOriginal university transcripts and written review materials, enter the examination room to provide reference to the oral examination committee members.

2. The oral examination time is expected to start at 9:30 for the morning session and 1:00 for the afternoon session.

3. The order of oral examination is arranged according to the order of registration. Please check in at the registration location during the registration time in order to arrange the order of the oral examination.

4. The oral examination will be conducted individually by the candidates. Due to limited time in the oral examination, candidates will not be given projection presentations or program demonstrations.

5. The oral examination is divided into two examination rooms. Each candidate must complete the oral examination in both examination rooms. The examination venue will be announced on the notice board of the Asset Management Office on the day of the oral examination.
