After approval by the department, they will submit it to their college for preliminary review. Please ensure that the organizers of each department confirm that the results were completed during the applicant&#039;s studies and stamp their stamp on the application form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.&nbsp;<strong>Approved by the affiliated college and submitted to the R&amp;D Office<\/strong>: please<strong><u>After approval by the college<\/u><\/strong>, send the application to the R&amp;D Department, and be reviewed and approved by the R&amp;D Standing Committee meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) Application materials:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.&nbsp;<strong>Won competition award<\/strong>Please attach the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Photocopy of award certificate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>II.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Competition methods and content information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>III.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Team participants please attach a copy of the consent form (see attachment<\/strong><strong>3<\/strong><strong>).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IV.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Other relevant supporting information (such information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Student Excellent Journal Paper Award Application Form (Format is in the attachment<\/strong><strong>2<\/strong><strong>, please choose one of the Chinese and English versions)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>II.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>The first page of the accepted or published paper (the sample is in the attachment<\/strong><strong>4<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u203b Please include the author\u2019s information, the author\u2019s affiliation, and the date of acceptance or
