The application process for the second level of the 2018 "Student Outstanding Research Achievements Award" of the Research and Development Department starts from now on.108<\/strong>Year<\/strong>7<\/strong>Month 2<\/strong>Day (Tue)<\/strong>The instructions for accepting applications are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Application for awards for outstanding research achievements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(1) Application process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Fill out the application form<\/strong>: Applicants are requested to fill in and print the Application Form for Student Outstanding Research Achievement Awards (the format is shown in Appendix 2), and please sign the application form in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. The department reviewed and approved:<\/strong>Applicants should submit the application form to their department for review after their supervisor has signed it. After approval by the department, they will submit it to their college for preliminary review. Please ensure that the organizers of each department confirm that the results were completed during the applicant's studies and stamp their stamp on the application form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Approved by the affiliated college and submitted to the R&D Office<\/strong>: pleaseAfter approval by the college<\/u><\/strong>, send the application to the R&D Department, and be reviewed and approved by the R&D Standing Committee meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

III. <\/strong>Team participants please attach a copy of the consent form (see attachment<\/strong>3<\/strong>).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

IV. <\/strong>Other relevant supporting information (such as photos of award-winning works or audio and video files, etc.).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Conference Paper Award<\/strong>Please attach the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I. <\/strong>Photocopy of award certificate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

II. <\/strong>Proof of sufficient qualificationsConference Name<\/u><\/strong>,<\/strong>during the meeting<\/u><\/strong>and documents of the venue, such as conference brochure<\/strong>,<\/strong>The official website page of the conference or the paper acceptance letter, etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I. <\/strong>Student Excellent Journal Paper Award Application Form (Format is in the attachment<\/strong>2<\/strong>, please choose one of the Chinese and English versions)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

II. <\/strong>The first page of the accepted or published paper (the sample is in the attachment<\/strong>4<\/strong>)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

IV. <\/strong>Paper acceptance letter<\/strong>(Please print from the e-mail page, please do not cut and paste and print by yourself)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
